The NIESV Learning Centre (NLC) is set up under the provisions of the NIESV Constitution which provides that the Institution shall secure and improve the technical knowledge of its members and also facilitate the acquisition of such knowledge by working in close collaboration with Universities, Institutions of higher learning and other professional bodies.
